Here's a few video highlights from the show featuring some of my Dynamic Portraits.

This is a promotional video for the upcoming gallery exhibit by Los Angeles Contemporary artist Treiops Treyfid at the MJ Higgins Gallery opening on Earth Day 2008.

On January 12th was the opening of "Figure It Out". A group exhibit of painters, sculptors, and photographers work that portrayed the human form realistically, and symbolically.

I had two pieces in the show. One is called Red Chi, the other Blue Chi. These are artworks in the form of relief sculpture created through a complicated process using exotic materials such as holographic foil and polyester resin. Music for video by Brain Garden.

On December 1st, 2007 I exhibited several art pieces from my Dynamic Portrait Series at Create Fixate's 6th Anniversary Show in downtown Los Angeles. Music for video by Brain Garden.

The Eco-Logical Art Gallery in Los Angeles sponsored art made of recycled vinyl billboards. Several works of art were put up around the city. My piece was on Virgil Blvd. just south of Beverly Blvd. facing south. It was up for a month in the spring of 2007.

I was a resident artist at The Hive Gallery and Studios from April of 2005 to May of 2007 in downtown Los Angeles. I was among the first to move into the Hive Gallery and was a participant and witness to it's rise of status as one of downtown's favorite art destinations. I have since moved to a larger work space closeby in downtown at the Crescent Creamery building.

The footage from this video was shot at The Hive in December 2006 during one of it's Saturday openings and features many of my paintings and sculptures. The Hive Gallery has an opening the 1st Saturday of every month which is usually a group show of Los Angeles based artists. During the openings the Hive resident artists have their spaces open for the viewing public.

Abstract Repressionism and Systems of Hiding was the title of a solo painting show in 2001 at the Circle Elephant Gallery in Hollywood California run by Bert Green. This video was on endless loop at the opening, it features many of the paintings in the show as well as other elements. The soundtrack is by Triptic of a Pastel Fern. Many of the Fern's songs were played at the opening.

This is footage from a group show at the Rico Gallery in Santa Monica, California featuring the work of Treiops Treyfid, Robert Sean Coons, Peter Hamlin, and Joel Hobbie. The opening reception was April 18, 2000. The show was titled Industrial Organic Dream Metaphors with Manic Characteristics.
