Response

This piece was done right after a break up with a girlfriend. It was a not a response to her but to the way I was feeling at the time. It is purely abstract but didn’t begin so. My original imagery I thought was trite being roses, a woman’s shoe and with aspirin glued to the canvas. The finished piece reminds me of those old sci-fi novel covers.
